I am a current student at Kansas State University. I just graduated from Highland Community college with a GPA of 3.77. I am a Secondary Education major at Kansas State University.

Experience

I was part of the Education club at Highland Community College which did after school tutoring, and tutoring various friends and fellow students who struggled in classes. I achieved a 25 on my ACT and passed my praxis test to gain entry into the College of Education at Kansas State. I want to be a tutor because I like to work with kids, and I am studying to become a teacher. I have taken History classes, Chemistry, Biology, Math, Geography, and others.

I love working with students. I get a sense of joy knowing I helped someone do better in school and in life. I know what it's like to have a hard time in school, or struggle with certain classes, but I believe any student can achieve an A in any class if they set their mind to it, and I believe that the more one on one instructions does a lot more good that large classrooms.
